Bajra Weekly #25: New Year… New Place… New Beginning…
We were on a BREAK…
Were you guys missing something? We are back after a long gap and I mean it’s really been a very very long gap. Not the weeks or the months but after almost two years we are back with Bajra Weekly 😄. It’s weird but it feels good to be back to share the cool and fun stuff that we do here at BAJRA.
Where should I start? LOL, two years 😅….
There are so many events that have occurred during these past years. Since then many have joined and left the Bajra family. Countless git commits, push and merge. Most of them are still a bachelor whereas few got married. And I am sorry that I won’t be able to cover all those events. So, let’s start the blog with our recent event “Farewell and The New Place”.
“It’s time to say goodbye, but I think goodbyes are sad and I’d much rather say hello. Hello to a new adventure.” — Ernie Harwell
GoodBye to this lovely place — Bajra Technologies , Mahakavi Marg, Dillibazar, Kathmandu
Yes, the office shifted to the new place at Tinkune and we bid farewell to our old office which has been home to us for the past three years. All those memories we cherished will be deeply missed. What saddens me most is leaving the greenery and the homely environment it had. The more I recall the more I miss the place.
“Every sunset is an opportunity to reset” — Richie Norton
And here we are at the new place Subidhanagar, Tinkune, Kathmandu
Enough with the sadness! Let’s talk about the new place. It’s awesome. The first sentence that came out from my mouth was “Damn! this is so huge.”. Yes, guys, believe me, it’s HUGE. If I ever need to attend the meeting room I need to take almost 2 mins long walk (might be a bit exaggeration). But it’s huge. It misses the greenery that we had in the previous one but the place is very comfy and spacious. The renovation is still going on and it is already looking amazing which you can see in clicks below. I think after a month it is going to look FANTABULOUS!!!
Also, everyone is getting the new desk designed by Metalwoods Nepal which has a minimalistic design and I am loving it.
Newbies joined Bajra Family
Along with the new place, we have some newbies who joined the Bajra Family. On the behalf of Bajra Family, I would like to welcome you all once again and hope you all are proud to be called BajraBeings 😃.
In the end, I would like to end this blog with the memories that we cherished during the break we had.
Memories…
Sayonara and I will see you soon in another blog post. There is obviously going to be another weekly blog written by our other BajraBeing (Puspanjali Shrestha) which I am hoping will not be on the break after this week.
